WASDA Washington Summit 2023We heard you. Your Association has scheduled its first-ever Fly-in on The Hill. That's right, we are going to Washington, DC, from July 10 - 12, 2023!During a recent Strategic Planning Session, WASDA Leadership identified Advocacy & Government Affairs as key initiatives for the Association. Thanks to vision and foresight of Greg Velz, Fortiline Waterworks, & Chair of the WASDA Industry Relations Committee, and Zack Perconti, WASDA Director of Government Affairs, WASDA is keeping its fingertips on the pulse of U.S. Legislative and Public Policy. The WASDA Washington Summit (July 10 - 12, 2023) is your company's chance to advocate for the waterworks industry on current critical issues on The Hill. The U.S. Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (H.R. 3684) and the appropriation of funds is just the start of legislative issues directly tied to our industry. Attendees will participate in a Legislative Debriefing, hear presentations from members of U.S. Congress and Agencies, visit with U.S. Representatives and Senators, and network with colleagues. Cancellation & RefundsCancellations received by Friday, June 16, 2023, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after Friday, June 16th. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to [email protected]. Please allow thirty (30) days for the processing of refunds. If the event cannot take place due to reasons of Force Majeure, WASDA will provide monetary credits for registrations fees purchased in 2023 for this same event (WASDA Washington Summit) in 2024.PaymentPayment is accepted via online payment, a mailed check, or by fax. Photography & Video Recording ConsentPhotography and video recording will be used throughout WASDA Washington Summit (July 10 - 12, 2023) and at related activities. Registration and attendance at and/or participation in Washington Summit or other activities constitutes an agreement and consent by each registrant or participant for WASDA and/or its licenses to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the image, likeness and voice of each registrant or participant (or family members) in photographs, videotapes, printed material, electronic reproductions, and audio recording that are taken or recorded at such event or related activities.

If the group rate and/or block are no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s room and tax deposit or confirmed via a major credit card. Check-in is currently at 4:00 PM Eastern. Check-out is currently at 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern. Cancellation Policy: Guestroom reservations must be cancelled no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date on each reservation to avoid a fee of one night’s room and tax. Travel InformationThe preferred airport for travel to Washington, DC is as follows: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approximately 5 miles (15 to 30 minutes) from the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill. Note that ground travel times will vary pending time of day and traffic patterns between the airport and the hotel. Please plan accordingly.
